Dentistry done differently

All staff polite. Reception team friendly and welcoming. Dentistry team explained treatment options and demonstrated high degree of technical skill.

A warm reception.a comfortable seat.not feeling rushed after being called into treatment room.as ,my mobility isnt great.feeling confident with the dentist and nurse.

All team very polite and make patient feel at ease. All procedures explained making for good patient experience.

The reception staff go out of their way to be helpful and sort out any problems. All staff are friendly, professional and respectful.

I am very nervous. But Ashley the dentist and Claire the hygienist under stand and make me feel comfortable and explain things.

My crown had fallen out and despite issues the clinic has with one of the surgeries, the receptionist managed to it me in soon.

Ashley is really lovely and explains everything well, puts a nervous patient like myself at ease and gets on with things whilst being kind and caring! The rest of the team are also really nice and make dentistry as pleasant as is possible!

Straight forward service

Staff at surgery were all friendly and helpful. Appointment time was kept to and I did not have to wait long between my dental and hygenist appointments.
