Confidence in the professional expertise of all the staff, particularly the dentist. The atmosphere in the whole environment, time for each patient, friendly yet professional.

The Reception Team in Drayton are excellent - so personable, kind and considerate. Very professional and helpful with a personal touch. They always try to accommodate my needs and because they know their patients well, there is good relational practice.

The staff are so friendly, kind and genuinely caring about the patient. They take time to ensure the patient is comfortable and at ease.

The receptionists are very friendly, polite and efficient and very knowledgeable, a credit to Envisage. The waiting room is spotless and inviting. Clare, my hygienist is friendly, gentle and very efficient, I never feel any discomfort.

I couldn't recommend this practice enough, I've just joined. I'm so glad I changed from my awful NHS dentist who kept cancelling appointments. My fear of hygienist appointments has now gone due to an excellent pain free service. I've also just had a tooth taken out and my fear of this and the injection has also gone due to another excellent service. From the lovely ladies on reception, hygienist, dental assistants and dentist all were extremely friendly, welcoming and calming. Easy to book appointments with short wait time.
