I never have any issues with professionalism of staff or courtesy received. My dentist and hygenist are always explain clearly the processes involved, plus answering any queries I may have. On this occasion I was quite touched by the fact that the hygenist recalled a sort conversation from my previous appointment 6-months prior, and asked how my daughters were doing in Australia plus my son's ongoing progress in the RAF.No issues, timings for the separate appointments ran to the time scheduled.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My dentist listened to what I had to say and helped with the problem I was experiencing and gave me advice how I could improve my dental health.

Very helpful receptionist and polite as always. The appointment was for a repair to front tooth follow8ing a fall ands chippi9ng the tooth, The treatment was clearly explained and completed without need for gum numbing which was offered ,The dental team were very supportive to my needs and the treatment completed quickly and pain free . The result is fabulous .Great dental team .. so friendly but professional.

I was in with Leona Bailey for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was so nervous and anxious. She put me at ease and I was done in 10 minutes! I didn’t feel a thing! She is the best person I’ve ever had remove a tooth! Especially a huge wisdom tooth!

Like going to this dentist. Never felt that way before!

I had suffered with toothache all weekend I phoned at 8am on a Monday morning, the phone was answered within 2 rings and I was offered an appointment within the next 40 minutes. Absolutely fabulous service!

As I’m a very shy and reserved gentleman that finds the prospect of dental visits quite intimidating, I always find the staff at envisage very helpful and most accommodating to my needs, Rachael & Cindy on the reception desk in my opinion should immediately receive an improved salary as they are always happy and able to go above the call of duty to assist me if I need to use the toilet or help me up the stairs. Jade the hygienist is probably the best in the region and Maria & her assistant are also of the highest order. Top marks are definitely awarded. I have nothing but praise…. 10/10
